Behind plug&plai: two successful industry experts
Alexander Sadek and Greg Marriott are joint founders of Plug & Plai.
Alex founded and developed AVAX and compleet vendor along with Greg as business angel investor. Today, compleet vendor is the best-selling vendor management system for temporary staffing in Germany. During their time with compleet, Alex and Greg have developed a deep understanding of the SaaS needs of recruiting organisations.
Greg, after founding Harvey Nash’s German and Swiss business, went on to become their European MD, before leaving to start his own company in Germany, Personality IT, which is now a part of Adecco. Since selling Personality IT, Greg has worked as business angel, founding several companies in recruiting and SaaS.

Alex and Greg have set themselves the goal of giving recruiting organisations the opportunity to use AI easily and effectively via plug & play, without any prior knowledge and without jumping in at the deep end. This lets you slowly ease your way into AI, seeing where it best works for you, without putting the company on the line.
